Our homes overlook the golf course and professionally designed landscapes that are finely manicured and frequently maintained. Each home is designed and built with its own custom layout. Most homes have over four bedrooms with additional bathrooms and half baths as well as professionally equipped kitchens to meet the needs of any family. Vinyl siding, brick veneer and stucco are just some of the exterior options that are available. All homes are within walking distance to the golf course as well as the other amenities the community provides.
Amenities
The Ballantyne Country Club community is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Your luxury lifestyle is implemented with our clubhouse and family activities Center. The club house offers fine dining throughout the day and offers a relaxing atmosphere to eat and lounge without having to go far to do so. Enjoy drinks on the veranda or a fine meal with friends after dark. We offer six tennis courts and three different sized pools, all available to members and their families. There’s also a water slide that has interactive jets—making it the perfect play spot for active kids. The fitness center appeals to all fitness levels and ages. Check out our teen activities room and movie theater. We make sure no one ever gets bored.
Golf course
Designed by the legendary Rees Jones, the Ballantyne Country Club Golf Course is an all-skills level course with Bermuda grass fairways and bent grass greens. There are five tee boxes altogether. These are available at 7034 yards for a challenging start and the shortest, 2315 yards for the novice player. There is a generous practice facility that includes a driving range and over 20 hitting stations. The practice area includes lush putting greens, and a short game area that includes sand bunkers for helping you perfect your game. There is also a pro shop on the course offering over 750 feet of products and equipment to help you perfect your game.
Membership types
There are many different membership types available at the Ballantyne Country Club. You do not have to be a property owner to obtain membership. The full golf membership allows you to gain access to all of the amenities provided by the club. This includes fitness, swimming, dining, tennis and golf. It allows you to gain access to special recreational events as well as all social facilities of the club. This type of membership allows you to reserve tee times as well as tennis court start times. All memberships are also offered in a Refundable and Non Refundable basis.
- The sports membership allows you to gain access to all the sporting activities including tennis and golf. You do not have to pay court fees but will have to pay for cart and green fees.
- The swim/tennis membership allows you to use the pools, fitness center and courts. There is also a swim social membership that allows you to use the pools, fitness center as well as the dining area of the club.
